On Friday night the Basketball Teams sweep Plymouth Regional High School in Basketball, The JV team led at one point by as many as 12 points in the second half, but the Bobcat Boys battled back only to have Malakai Blay put in the game winner as Milford prevailed 50-49. The Varsity Boys held a 17-11 lead at the half and then went on to will by 20, 37-17. Tyler Constable started hot in the first half and Kenyon Sora played his best offensive game to date, to lead the Spartans in the second half.
 
The girls teams traveled to Plymouth and the JV team won 31-15. The Varsity team won 65-34 to complete the sweep by the Spartans.
 
On Saturday the bowling team scored the most points in Team score points at a 580 for the 5 players and scored their highest Baker Score at 119, but were unable to take home any overall points on the day. Malakai Ramirez averaged a 133 and Leila Whitley a 130 to lead Milford.
 
The Ice Hockey team played in a hard fought battle against Somersworth - Coe Brown and came away with a 4-1 will to continue the win streak. Dylan MacLeod scored for Milford and had two assists. Braydon Atwood, Mason Tomkins and Bryce Larco also had an assist for the 5 and 2 Admirals.
 
Avery Wilson took 1st Place in the 300 M dash Sunday morning and finished 3rd in the 55 M dash. Josh Pettingell finished 5th in the 300 while Logan Korthals was 2nd in the 1000 Meter run. On the girls side Cat Carter, Rylee Coates, Bella Cornaro and Grace Mucheru finished 6th in the 4x400 Meter Relay.
 
Todays team of the week goes to the Wrestling Team who went 5 and 0 on the week with wins over Bishop Guertin on Wednesday, and were the winner of the Winnacunnet Duals in Hampton on Saturday beating Campbell, Raymond, Spaulding and Exeter a team they had just lost to a week earlier. They beat Exeter 45-28 Saturday.
