MHS Baseball Winter Training

When: Sundays starting January 5th and every following Sunday until the season starts on March 24th. 

Where: Milford High School Gym

Time: 12:00-1:30pm

The focus of our winter training is to get yourselves ready for
the spring season. First day of tryouts is Monday, March
24th. You will be able to do some hitting in the cage, get
some swings off a tee, and do some throwing and other
defensive work in the gym. As we get further into our winter
training pitchers will be able to get some work in off of our
portable mounds. When we start doing this catchers will
need to bring their catching gear.
