The Varsity Girls Team played top seeded and undefeated Hollis Brookline tough in the first half holding the Cavs to one goal, but as Milford tried to get back in it offensively the Cavs went on to win it 6-0. The Defense led by Mia Remella played tremendously.

However, the event was played to help raise money for the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation in memory of Sylvia Nassy's brother Kevin who passed away in August after he battled the biggest fight of his life. Over $600 was raised last night for the cause with more Donations still coming in. Thank you to all who donated.

 

The Golf team played their final match of the season yesterday afternoon against Goffstown and Kingswood. Jack Bastarache continued his great play earning medalist honors with a 40, but it was not enough to help Milford beat the Grizzlies and Knights. Ayden Dunbar finished with a 46, Landon DeFranco a 49, Liam Loughran a 56 and Jack Bonifilia a 59. Parker Mills, Ben Richardson and Natalie Chappell also shot well for Milford. TJ Dube and Stella Thibodeau will also be back again next year. Thanks to Jack and Natalie who were our Lone Seniors and Jack who will be moving on to play in the Individuals Championship on October 4th at Mt Washington.
