The Varsity Field Hockey team suffered another tough loss on Friday against Pembroke Academy 3-0. We had some great opportunities to score but couldn’t get the ball in the net. Senior Willa Audley and Freshman Lilly Webster stepped up with outstanding performance on the forward line. On the defensive end sophomore Lea Lyons and freshman Allie Cardin stepped up and played a solid game working well together to keep us alive for most of the game. Olivia Hamilton came off the bench to play well in the midfield. She was able to read the field and find many opportunities to advance the ball to the forward line. Senior Violet Renda put in another great performance in goal making 18 saves then transitioned to a defensive field player for the remainder of the game. Norah Cardin played goal in the second half and also had a good game making 8 saves. This freshman goalie is learning quickly and will be one to watch in the future.

Darian Bachelder started his first full game in Goal, coming back from injury for the Varsity Boys Soccer Team and made a number of tremendous saves, however Cambell was able to win the game with a goal in the 78th minute to take home the victory over the Spartans However, Milford did not quit as the Campbell goalie made a great save on a 30' lazer from Eben Barb that would have tied it up. Despite the loss Milford played its best game to date over the undefeated Cougars.

The JV team lost 6-1 but never gave up as Lukas Mangum was able to knock in his own  rebound after a pass from Matt Myers in the second half to get Milford on the board. Braedon Orlen and Elijah Sherman made some great saves in net despite numerous shots on goal.

The Varsity Football Team traveled to Hanover on Friday night and were unable to find the endzone against a tough Bears squad who shut out the Spartans.

The Varsity Volleyball team kept their winning ways and were able to earn "team of the week honors" with 3 wins over Pelham, Laconia and Manchester Central, winning  9 out of 9 sets for the week.

The Milford Boys Cross Country team traveled to Nashua South on Saturday for the large Nashua North Invitational and placed 12th out of many of the best Division 1 schools in the state. Grant Skorupan led the Spartans with a 16th place finish out of 160 runners. Also scoring for Milford were Josh Coates, Colin Kirby, Brendan Courtney, and Landon Jacquet. Way to go Spartans!

Today the JV Football Team will host Hanover for a 5 pm start
