The Girls Tennis Team, led by veteran Willa Audley was able to get some newcomers into the Matches on Friday, but were unable to get past Timberlane. Jordan Gebro won a couple games at the #1 Singles spot, Benadetta Mappi won 4 games in the number 3 spot, Anagha Pallai did well at number 4, Taiylor Dodson and Alexa Cornaro played well at #5 and 6. Congratulations to Seniors Taiylor and Benadetta as they finished out their Tennis Season.
 
The Softball Team jumped out to an early 5-0 lead on some great pitching by Mya Coombs who shut down the Bears through the first 3 frames, but then the Coe Brown bats came alive to come back and beat the Spartans. Mya Coombs went 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs, Molly Miles had a solo home run and Stella Thibodeau had an RBI for the Spartans. Molly Miles came in in the 5th inning to finish the game.
 
Lebanon High school came to Milford on Friday and beat the Spartans in Boys Lacrosse.
 
The Milford Track and Field team went to Monadnock to compete under the lights on Friday night. Zoe Rick won the shot put and Chase Paiva ran in the seeded section of the 800 finishing in 5th place. On Saturday, other members of the team traveled to Londonderry and competed well against many Division 1 schools. The girls 4x800m relay team of Catriona Carter, Isabella Cornaro, Rylee Coates, and Jaylyn Paul placed 2nd overall, running a big PR for the season. Rylee Coates later finished 2nd in the 400m and 10th in the 200m, and Isabella Cornaro placed 10th in the 400m. For the boys team, Avery Wilson placed 2nd in the 200m, Logan Korthals placed 3rd in both the 1600m and the 800m, Will Whitley placed 4th in the 800m, Ethan Morin placed 4th in the High Jump, Josh Pettingell placed 6th in the 200m, Grant Skorupan placed 8th in the 1600m, and the boys 4x400m relay team of Avery, Logan, Grant and Will won, just narrowly missing the school record. Congratulations Spartans!
 
Boys Tennis completed the last Match of the Season against Lebanon High School on Saturday. Jacob Elliot competed in his first Varsity match playing to deuce on a number of occasions.
 
The Baseball team was down 5-0 after the first half frame, but battled back to go up 7-6. Coe Brown then battled back to go up 9-7 going into the bottom of the 7th inning. Milford was able to push one run across, but left the tying run stranded at 2nd in a 9-8 loss. Logan Howard and Bryce Larco each had powering drives for a ground rule double to lead the Milford offense.
