The Boys Lacrosse Team traveled to Coe Brown Academy yesterday afternoon and the young Spartans were unable to beat the veteran Bears. Rocco Bartling had 12 saves for Milford and Dylan MacLeod scored two goals and Tyler Ireland finished with one assist to lead the Spartans
The Spartan Softball Team traveled to Litchfield for a game against Campbell High School and picked up a 7-0 win in their opener.
Arabelle Danforth went 4-4 with two doubles and 3 stolen bases, while Alivia Mazzeo went 3-3 and was the winning pitcher, scattering 7 hits, with no walks and 8 strikeouts.
The Girls Spartan Tennis team came up big with a Win today at Manchester West 8-1.

Ellie Nassy 8-5 at #1 singles
Willa Audley 8-6 at #2 singles
Lauren Vander-Hayden 8-5 at #4 singles
Jasmine Blay 8-6 at #5 singles
Jordan Gebro 8-6 at #6 singles
Ellie/Willa 8-3 at #1 doubles
Claire/Lauren 8-0 at #2 doubles
Jasmine/Jordan 9-7 at #3 doubles
With a 2-1 record the last 7 days, the Spartans also take home the Team of the Week honors.
After a 5-4 loss in the first match, Milford has won the last two 5-4 and 8-1.
